TCS V8 and previous versions - End of Support

What is end of support?
Support for TCS(Total Cricket Scorer) V8 and all previous versions ended April 30, 2017. There will be no more updates or technical support for TCS V8 or previous versions. It is very important that customers and partners migrate to a supported version such as TCS V9. Customers moving to a later version will benefit from the latest DLS formula, integration into CricHQ’s Cricket Administration platform, UI updates which improve the look and feel and integration with My Action Replay Video technology.
What does this mean?
It means users should take action. After April 30, 2017, CricHQ will no longer provide updates or technical support for TCS(Total Cricket Scorer) V8 and previous versions. Users running TCS V8 or previous versions after April 30, 2017 should not expect existing functionality on these versions to continue uninterrupted and it is important that you migrate to a currently supported version – such as TCS V9 – so you can receive updates and support.
We also urge users to update and ensure they test integrations with existing platforms they may have. Whilst we take no responsibility for the functionality or continued availability of any third party interfaces we will do our best to support how we can. To ensure minimum service interruptions we encourage testing to be performed as soon as possible.
