We understand that not everyone will be able to pay online, so if you need to manually collect payment for your programme you can still keep track of this through CricHQ.
1. Changing a participant from “Unpaid” to “Paid.”
IMPORTANT: You can change a participant from “Unpaid” to “Paid”, but not the other way around. You can not undo a changed status to paid.
Navigate to your organisation in the admin area, select the programmes tab and choose the programme you wish to update particpants in.
On the first tab your current participants will appear listed. If the they have a current "Unpaid" status, simply click the drop down on the player and select "Paid". REMEMBER YOU CAN NOT UNDO THIS.
