How to manually add a participant to a programme

We understand that not everyone will be able to register online, so if you need to manually collect registration details for your programme you can still keep track of this through CricHQ.

 

1. How to manually add participants

Navigate to your organisation in the admin area, select the programmes tab and choose the programme you wish to update particpants in.

Select the Admin Options drop down menu and click “Add Participant”.

Fill the details including First Name, Last Name, DOB, Gender, Email, School/Club, Medical Notes and click Save. 



By default they will be created with the status of Unpaid. You can update this manually if required. See details here.
