I have completed a game and can't upload it up to CricHQ.com?
We at CricHQ are aware that users sometimes struggle to upload their completed matches to CricHQ.com and Play-Cricket. If you are experiencing such issues our developers would need more information on your specific case. If you cannot upload your match please contact our support team at support@crichq.com explaining your issue.
In the meantime, potential work arounds are, a) keep attempting to re-upload the match as the data can be verified and accepted by the server in an area of 'STRONG' internet connection i.e wifi connection, b) upload the scorecards through the use of our 'Full Manual Scorecards' system for full statistics and a 'Basic Manual Scorecard' for updated standings tables and team information.
