To manage your grounds availability, you can use the Venue Blackouts feature to ensure your ground is made available or unavailable whenever required. To do so, see the steps below:
1) Log in to cricHQ with an account that has organisation administration rights.
2) Once logged in, click on the Admin tab.
3) Click on the Organisations tab.
4) Select your organisation. Once loaded click the drop-down in line with the organisation’s name for more options.
5) Select the "Venue Blackouts" button.
6) You will now be displayed the Venue Blackouts page for your organisation. Here you can select the grounds, pitches, and dates. To do so, click 'New'.
7) You will be taken to the New Venue Blackout page.
8) Select the Ground you wish to create the blackout for. You can select all grounds as well.
9) Select whether you wish to blackout all the pitches on the ground or an individual pitch.
10) Select the time and date when the blackout will start.
11) Select the time and date when the blackout will finish. The blackout can finish on the same day or several days later.
12) Add a comment on the notes as to why the venue blackout is being created so you can review it later. Then click on 'Create'.
13) You will now see the created venue blackouts. You can remove any of these by clicking the "Remove" button. The ground or pitch you have set up the blackout for will now appear under the "Unavailable" section when setting fixtures on these dates.
