Player stats not updating after a game?
There are several possibilities that could explain why your stats aren't updating after a game. See the possibilities and potential solutions to them below.
1) Processing times
Processing times for stats can vary. Typically it takes up to 1-2 hours for stats to process once a match has been uploaded. However, factors such as internet speed and upload times can effect this. Therefore, if your stats haven't appeared within 12 hours of the match being uploaded and the possibilities below have been explored contact support so we can further investigate.
2) Unaccepted scorecards
Competition admin must accept submitted scorecards for certain competitions before stats are made official. Thus if a scorecard isn't appearing for your match please contact your club or the governing major association for the competition.
3) Match scored unofficially
If your match was scored unofficially stats won't count towards your official stats. To tell if your match was scored unofficially use the match centre filter depicted in the screenshot below.
If your match appears under the 'unofficial' filter the scorer didn't score the match from an official cricHQ fixture. Unfortunately it the scorer selected a duplicate version of your club and team for scoring the stats can't be made official. However, if they used official clubs and teams the stats can be made official. Therefore, to check if your scorecard can be made official please contact your club or the governing major association for the competition.
4) Duplicate profile
Scorers may create a duplicate player profile during scoring. To confirm this check the player profile linked to the scorecard for the match. If it is a duplicate take note of the player ID or URL (see the below screenshot) to the player profile and contact support so we can merge the duplicate.
5) Unassigned/unsure profile
Scorers may create an unassigned/unsure profile during scoring. To confirm this check the scorecard for the match and see if your scorecard name is highlighted in bold text. Also, confirm if the scorecard name links to your official cricHQ profile when selected. If not an unassigned profile was created. Therefore, please contact your club or the governing major association for the competition. The scorecard can be edited to include your official profile.
