Why can I not see my match report?

I am unable to download my match report after the game.

On occasion, some match reports are unavailable after the game despite the match uploading to the website successfully. While we apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue, there are a a couple of steps you can take to try and resolve this issue and have access to your match report. Before we go into this please note the following: 

1. If you have entered the match via our manual scorecard entry system a match report will not generate as we require ball by ball data.

2. If you have scored your game through downloading the fixture from Play-Cricket, then unfortunately a match report will not be generated as it is using Play-Cricket data rather than CricHQ data.

If you have scored a match on the CricHQ App either from a 'create your own' match or from a 'CricHQ fixture', uploaded it to CricHQ once finished, and are still unable to view a match report then we initially recommend giving it some time for the match report to generate. If after a few hours the match report is still unavailable, make sure the match is still on your device under 'finished matches' and then completely shut down the App. Go back into the App and re-upload the match to CricHQ and hopefully your match report will have generated.
