The Match menu contains the following options:

  • New Match
    • Match - The match details wizard allows quick and simple entry of all the details of a match, and allows you to begin scoring.
    • Fixture - A basic match details wizard allows you to create a fixture but without specifying players, toss etc for future use.
  • Open - Open a previously created/scored match from your database
  • Close - Close the currently open match
  • Delete - Delete a previously created/scored match from your database (not available in demo mode)
  • Unlock - Unlock a previously completed match to allow you to continue to score (do not need to unlock to edit existing information)
     
  • Import match - Import a previously exported match in XML format, either summary or full match (not available in demo mode)
  • Export match -  Export full (all ball-by-ball data) match information for the currently open match in XML format (not available in demo mode)
  • Export Cricket Statz -  Export match information for the currently open match in Cricket Statz MXP format for import (not available in demo mode)
     
  • Download Fixture - Browse for and import a fixture from CricHQ
  • Upload match - Upload the score for the current match to CricHQ
  • Import fixture - Create a match in TCS from a previously exported CricHQ fixture
     
  • Reports
    • Print Match Scoresheets - Print simple scoresheets with each teams innings' alongside each
    • Print Batsman Details - Print detailed breakdown of an individual batsman's innings, including a wagon wheel and scoring segment graphic (if required)
    • Print Bowler Details - Print detailed breakdown of an individual bowler's overs, including a length view graphic (if required)
    • Print Ball Data - Print complete ball-by-ball and over-by-over breakdown of each innings
    • Print Notes - Print custom and fixed notes for each innings in the current match
    • Print Partnerships - Print partnership view for all innings
    • Print Fall of Wickets - Print fall of wickets view for all innings
    • Print Runs Per Over - Print details of runs per over view for all innings
    • Print Overs Comparison - Print runs per over view for each innings side by side
    • Print Session Data - Print session summaries for all innings in current match
    • Print Power Plays - Print summary of scores during power plays for all innings in current match
    • Print Bowling Spells - Print breakdown of each bowler's spells for each innings in current match
    • Print Fielding Data - Print fielding data for each innings in current match
    • Print Current innings - Print just the current innings scorecard
    • Email Short Report - Email a short report, use settings to include specific match files
    • Print Runs Projection - Print projected runs for the current innings
  • Graphics
    • All Graphics - Print wagon wheels, length views, and graphs for the currently selected options and innings.
    • Graphs - Print just the graphs (team graphics) for the currently selected match.
    • Wagon Wheel - Print just the wagon wheel for the currently selected options and innings.
    • Length View - Print just the length view for the currently selected options and innings.
       
  • Print Setup - Configure your printers
  • Print Scorebook - Prints scorebook for current match
  • Print Linear - Prints linear scorebook for current match
  • Print Scorecard - Prints scorecard for current match
  • Preview Scorebook - Preview scorebook for current match
  • Preview Linear - Preview linear scorebook for current match

    Would make life lot easier for scorers if could nominate probable team before match then when download fixture those players are already on right hand side of list. Even if a couple of players have changed only need to alter those players and not have to scroll through full database 11 times to get team. just as we used to do on play-cricket. Although we have edited the registered players with CricHQ when got version 9 TCS copied database so that would still have teams, grounds, officials etc; unfortunately also got all previously registered players and cannot see how to remove those no longer required
