Problems with live scores on TCS

  1. Ensure you have registered your PC for live scores using your TCS registration id. You can check this on your admin page click here
  2. In TCS go to the Tools menu | Live Scores | Settings and check you have registered your club.
  3. In TCS go to the Data menu | Clubs & teams | Edit Club and check the definition is correct and click OK
  4. In TCS go to Tools | Live Scores | Diagnostics and check this output, ensure you have loaded a match with your club. You can always use Tools | Live Scores | Remove match to remove that game from the web.
  5. If you still do not have a live game, send us the full output from the diagnostics.
      Common issues.
  1. PC not registered with the TCS registration id.
  2. Club not registered.
  3. Incorrect club registered, name differs from Play-Cricket.
  4. Club definition not having a region.
  5. Club definition not having a country.
